Meet Your Instructor

Meet Your Instructor

My name is Rick Rudloff — 25-year math and science educator including AP Calculus BC and AP Physics Mechanics C, electrical engineer, and 2018 American Rocketry Challenge Adviser of the Year. That national award recognizes coaches who prepare students to perform under pressure when it counts most — one launch, no retakes, no do-overs. Sound familiar? Preparing students to perform under pressure — not just learn content — has been my specialty for over two decades. The SAT is no different.

When the Digital SAT launched in 2024 I approached it the same way most strong math students do — carefully, methodically, showing every step. I did not score an 800 the first time. Not because I didn't know the math. Because the SAT doesn't reward thoroughness. It rewards efficiency. Once I understood that — perfect score. Then I scored another one.

Today my students use a Personalized SAT Math Decision System — built from their own performance data — to identify the fastest path to the right answer in seconds. One student came in at 640 convinced he simply wasn't a math person. After 4.5 hours of instruction his practice exam score jumped to 740.

And here's what that taught me: students stuck in the 600s don't have a math problem. They have a strategy problem. Your student already knows the math. What they are missing is knowing which tool — Desmos, TI-84, algebra, or inspection — gets them to the right answer the fastest for each specific problem type. Once they have that system, everything changes.

But I get it — you probably don't care about my credentials right now. What you care about is: can this actually help my student? Here's what I know. Students who follow this 14-day system stop leaving points on the table. They finish Module 1 with time to spare. They walk into Module 2 prepared for anything. And for many families, the score they unlock doesn't just improve admissions chances — it unlocks merit scholarships worth tens of thousands of dollars that most families never even knew existed. I hope to meet you and your student in the course soon!

Who Is This Course For?

  • Engineering, pre-med, computer science, and other STEM applicants where Math score directly impacts admissions decisions

  • Students with SAT Math score in the 600s who need 750 to qualify for merit scholarships

  • Families who want a focused 14-day system — not 150 hours of content to wade through

What Categories Do We Focus On?

  • High school juniors and seniors targeting SAT Math improvement

  • Families in the "donut hole" — too much income for need-based aid, targeting merit scholarships

  • Students whose Reading and Writing score is already stronger than Math

  • Parents who have already tried tutoring or Khan Academy without meaningful results

  • Students preparing for the October PSAT who need to build SAT experience first

  • And so much more!

Who Is This Course NOT For?

  • Students scoring below 550 on SAT Math — significant content gaps need to be addressed first before strategy training will be effective.

  • Students looking for a shortcut without doing the work — this course requires 30-60 minutes of focused daily practice for 14 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

What skill level is this program for?

This course is designed for students who are already scoring in the 600s on SAT Math. We assume knowledge through Algebra 2. If your student is currently taking or has completed Algebra 2 they have everything they need. This is not a math content course — it is a strategy course. We teach your student which tool gets them to the right answer the fastest, not how to do the math.

How long do I have access to the program and when does it start?

You have lifetime access beginning July 11 2026. Work through the 14-day structure at your own pace. If your student misses a day they simply pick up where they left off. The course content never disappears.

Can't I learn all of this on Youtube?

You can find SAT Math content on YouTube — and some of it is good. But here's what YouTube cannot give you: a system built around your student's own data. Most YouTube channels teach one tool for every problem — often telling students to always use Desmos, or always use algebra. The data shows that is wrong. The fastest tool depends on the problem type AND the student. YouTube teaches the average. This course finds what works for yours. There is also no accountability, no structured progression, no practice exam tracking, and no one-on-one coaching. YouTube is where students spend hours searching for answers. This course is where they find them.

Do I need a TI-84 before starting?

A TI-84 Plus CE is recommended before Day 3. It is available new for approximately $100 or used for less online. The course also uses Desmos — which is free and built into the Digital SAT — and pencil algebra. All three tools are covered. The TI-84 is the one purchase required that most students don't already own.

Should I invest in 14 Day SAT Math 750 before investing in other SAT prep?

If your student is already scoring in the 600s and knows the math — yes. Most SAT prep reteaches content your student already knows. This course teaches strategy — the piece that is actually holding the score back. Start here. Add content review only if specific gaps emerge from the practice exam data inside the course.
